This fine farm is located approximately 7 miles southwest of Lake Providence, Louisiana, 22 miles nor of I-20 at Tallulah, Louisiana and 55 mile northeast of Monroe, Louisiana.
The farm is approximately 81% irrigated by three irrigation wells. A new Valley center pivot irrigation system powered by a John Deere Rainbow power unit, covering approximately 272 acres, was installed approximately ten years ago. There are approximately 233 acres cut to grade for furrow irrigation, with the balance of the cropland being non-irrigated.
This nice farm is in one contiguous tract. This is primarily a cotton, corn, and soybean farm. The Wylie farm is located in a very strong and productive farming community and also in close proximity to the Mississippi River. All needed farm services are located in close proximity to the farm.
